Adds NED export to the BRITE topology generator (http://www.cs.bu.edu/brite)

Usage:
Download BRITE from www.cs.bu.edu/brite/, untar it, cd into its directory,
then run the following command: patch -p 1 < brite21-omnetpp.patch
If you're running Windows, you can get patch.exe from e.g. UnxUtils
or Cygwin.
