If you have downloaded and installed the Windows binary version OMNeT++ 3.0, you should change the scalars.exe file to the one in the present archive. Just extract it into the “bin” subdirectory inside your OMNeT++ installation.

While the source code is the same, the scalars.exe included in the original release was compiled without the Tcl sources being included in the resulting .exe file. This replacement is intended to correct this oversight in the binaries. The source code is unaffected.
