This patch applies to OMNeT++ 3.3p1 and contains fixes for GCC 4.4
This is a major revision of the whole simulation platform, with fundamental changes in nearly every component.
Version 4.0p1 fixes issues with gcc 4.4 and newer linux distributions. Other than these fixes, it is identical to 4.0.

This release contains fixes for GCC 4.3 and Fedora Core 9. NOTE: There is no 3.3p1 release for windows, because this patch only fixes Linux specific problems.
