Thanks to Andras, the solution came up faster than expected.
Here's the few #undefs needed to compile omnet with cgal:

#undef Min
#undef Max
#undef sgn
#undef K

I have put these lines in my code, just before including the geometric
kernel of cgal
(#include <CGAL/Cartesian.h>) and everything seems to work correctly.
