Hi Andras,

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to check which #defines are conflicting,
but it is taking some time. Since I need to make progress with my code,
for the moment I've decided to avoid using cgal, and to include it later on.

In the next few weeks I'll try to highlight the conflicting #defines and,
possibly, a solution to the problem.
