[omnetpp] Switch from Express to Run/Step on the fly

Hi!

Is there a way to switch from express-mode to run-mode or step-mode 
using the API, depending for example on events in my simulation? I would 
find such a feature useful for debugging. If it is not possible in the 
current version, perhaps you could add this on the wish list for 4.x
