[omnetpp] How to make a parameter XML for INET?

Hi List,

I read some examples in INET framework, which uses XML file to
configure model attributes, like IP addressing, OSPF areas, etc.

So how can I make sucn an XML, do I have to do that by editing it
manually or is there any tool for doing that?
