[omnetpp] Info Exchange AMONG NODES via Blackboard (notification board)

Hi all,

Before exploring further, I'd like to know if it is possible for a node to
get a dynamic position of another node every fixed interval through
BLACKBOARD.  An example scenario to be simulated follows.

Based on an assumption made, Node A always has the location information of
Node B, e.g. by gps-free localization.
However, Node B moves according to a selected mobility models, while Node A
is always static.  According to the manual of Mobility Framework,
"...the blackboard allows you to exchange information between layers,
without passing pointers to the modules around..."

I assume it applies to modules of single nodey.  I wonder if the information
exchange possible among multiple nodes via blackboard.  If so, any related
documents or tips on the publishing and subscribing procedures would be
greatly appreciated.
